📸 About Your Photo

What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, front-facing photo works best, ideally with your pet looking straight at the camera, in good natural lighting. The more detail we can see, the more accurate and adorable your portrait will be!

My photo isn't perfect. Can you still work with it?
We'll do our best! As long as we can clearly see your pet's face and features, we can work with most photos. If the photo isn't usable, we'll reach out to request a better one before starting your order.

Can I submit a photo of more than one pet?
Absolutely! Just select the number of pets when placing your order, or send us a message and we'll create a custom listing for you.

 

🎨 About the Design

What art style do you use?
All portraits are illustrated in our signature hand-drawn, cute illustrative style! Each piece is made with love, not generated by AI.

What's the difference between Full Body Portrait and Close-Up Portrait?

  • Full Body Portrait captures your pet from head to tail: great for showing off their whole personality and pose.

  • Close-Up Portrait focuses on the face, highlighting their eyes, expression, and unique markings: perfect for keychains and smaller products.

Can I request a specific pose or style?
You're welcome to leave notes at checkout! We'll do our best to accommodate special requests, though our core style remains consistent across all orders.

Will I see a preview before it's finalized?
Yes! We send a digital proof for your approval before printing or production begins. We want you to love it as much as we do.

 

⏱️ Turnaround & Shipping

How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 30 business days after your photo is approved. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location. Domestic US/Canada orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

 

🐾 Temporary Tattoos — Specific

How long does the tattoo last?
With proper application, our temporary tattoos last 3–10 days. Avoiding excessive moisture and friction will help extend wear time.

How do I apply and remove it?
To apply: Clean and dry your skin, press the tattoo face-down, hold a damp cloth over it for 30 seconds, then gently peel away the backing.
To remove: Rub with baby oil or rubbing alcohol and gently wipe away.

Are the tattoos skin-safe?
Yes! Our tattoos are made with non-toxic, skin-safe ink. However, if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test first.

Where can I apply the tattoo?
Anywhere you like! Wrist, arm, ankle, shoulder, neck, you name it! For best results, apply to smooth, flat skin areas.

 

👜 Leather Products — Specific

What type of leather do you use?
We use high-quality genuine leather for our keychains and wallets. Please check individual product listings for material details.

Will the portrait fade over time?
The engraving/stamping is designed to be durable and long-lasting. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals to maintain the best appearance.

Can I choose the leather color?
Available color options are listed on each product page. If you have a special request, feel free to message us before ordering.

 

💌 Orders & Customization

How do I send my pet's photo after purchasing?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email with your photo attached, or message us directly through the platform where you purchased.

Can I order as a gift and ship directly to the recipient?
Of course! Just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. 

What if I'm not happy with the design?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the portrait doesn't match your expectations, reach out within 3 days of receiving your proof and we'll revise it until you're happy.

Do you offer refunds?
Because every order is fully customized, we're unable to offer refunds once production has begun. However, if there's a quality issue or error on our end, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
